Atlacoya - Aztec goddess of drought and barren land.
I decided to add this little piece of information as a number of people who were kind enought to take the time to comment also pointed out that the temple I used is Mayan not Aztec.
This is a fantasy piece of work and I used this stock because it was the closest thing I could find that would replicate the research I did on Aztec Temples
From Wikipedia 'Templo Mayor' is one of the main temples of the Aztecs in their capital city which is now Mexico City
[link]I looked at the sixth image down posted "Situation of the Templo Mayor (upper centre) in the central district of Tenochtitlan". Rather than use a pyramid I felt that this stock closely represented what I read in this article.
The temple I have used is my representation of the Aztecs, as is the eagle and the tree etc which are more than likely not species of Mexico?
Hope that (kind of) clarifies things.
Once again thanks to all for stopping by and commenting
